Tasks & Duties

A.R.T. members are responsible for performing the following tasks and duties:

Survey & analyze scope of renovation projects
Provide cost estimates for services & materials
Test & analyze interdimensional compatibility of materials used
Arrange transportation of materials & project logistics

Renovation Planning

Prior to hiring an A.R.T. member or team for your next Backroom renovation project, consider taking the following preparatory steps. It's as easy as A-B-C:

ASSESS. Collect data on the properties of the area to be renovated. What anomalous characteristics are there? What are the physical properties (i.e. type of material, size).
BUDGET. Determine finances by gathering quotes from A.R.T. group members. Plan a budget and arrange financing if necessary.
COMPARE. Not all Backrooms environments are the same, so neither are all renovation solutions. Compare and contrast your renovation solution options. The more complex the project, the more complex - and costly - the solution will be.
